The Marion Cultural Centre celebrates its 21st birthday in 2023.

As part of the Marion Cultural Centre's 21st birthday celebrations, Galleon Theatre Group, St Jude's and Deadset Theatre Company performed in a Weekend of One Acts on 15th & 16th July.
Galleon Theatre Group performed the clever comedy THE DUCK VARIATIONS, written by David Mamet and directed by Andrew Clark. It is about two old curmudgeons chatting about the mating habits of ducks, the law, friendship and death!
St Judes performed BANANAS, an Australian comedy written by Richard Bradshaw and directed by Geoff Brittain. It is about a son who brings home his intended bride which challenges his parents' attitudes and values.
